What is CMN Trust?
Mr. Pambavsan Nair founded CMN trust in the year 2014 which is named after his late parents, Chandramma Madhavan Nair Trust. Since its inception the trust has been involved in many charitable activities.
Later it was formally registered in the year 2023 to provide impetus to various philanthropic initiatives & contributes to a positive societal impact by aiding house construction for the needy, child education, pension to elderly persons, hospital treatment, marriages, employment opportunities as such. It is committed to enhance the quality life of people from vulnerable communities.

A Home of Your Own – 50 Houses in 2 Years
Mr. Pambavasan Nair has consistently been at the forefront of supporting the destitute. Among his many humanitarian initiatives, A Home of Your Own stands out as a landmark project. Launched by Hon. Minister of Local & Self Govt. Shri M.B. Rajesh in August 2024, the initiative set out to provide 50 homes to homeless families within five years. Guided by Mr. Nair's vision and dedication, the project progressed at an extraordinary pace, and all 50 houses were completed and handed over to beneficiaries within just 24 months, earning widespread appreciation and recognition.
The initiative and its accelerated timeline drew significant appreciation from the Government of Kerala. The Hon. Chief Minister of Keralam, Shri V.D. Satheesan, graciously inaugurated the key handover ceremony for 13 of the newly completed homes on 24th July 2026 at Ottapalam, Palakkad. This moment marked a profound honour for Mr. Nair, as the State leadership formally acknowledged his outstanding humanitarian contribution.
Continuing this recognition, the Hon. Governor of Keralam, Shri Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar, inaugurated the latest key-handover ceremony, marking the formal delivery of the final set of homes and celebrating the successful completion of all 50 houses in just 2 years well ahead of the original timeline.
